This is the first of our six pillars: how people get a fair share of the wealth AI creates. Below is our starting catalogue of proposals. The consensus and feasibility ratings are first guesses, there to be challenged. Tell us what’s missing or what we’ve got wrong in the comments below.

How we rate ideas
- Horizon: how soon the idea could realistically be put in place.
- Consensus: how much support it has across different political traditions.
- Feasibility: fiscal, political, technical and international hurdles.
The answer will probably be a package of ideas, not a single one. Each idea will get its own page with evidence, pilots, pros, cons and open questions.
